SHOPPING INFORMATION
You can directly order on our website and follow these steps.
Click on the product you would like to purchase
Click “Add to cart”
(From here you can continue to add more items to cart or proceed to check out)
Review your cart by clicking the bag icon on the middle of the page
Proceed to check out
Fill in the shipping address and select your desired shipping method.
Select your desired payment method and fill in the payment and billing information
Click “Pay now”
Once it’s all completed we will email you the order confirmation email. Make sure you enter a correct email and shipping address.
We will ship out your order within 1-3 days. Once the order is shipped out you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number and tracking link.

The online cart we use is Woocommerce, which is used by tens of thousands of other stores, and they handle the security during checkout and pass the credit card details over to Stripe or Amazon Pay to get processed.
We do not store your credit card information on our end, and we’re only able to access the last four digits of the card.

Stripe is used by Lyft, Best Buy, Open Table, Saks Fifth Avenue, and many other online shops.
The common issues are usually caused by:
Wrong credit card details
Wrong CVV or CCV
Insufficient Funds
The card is expired
If those weren’t the reason, many cases of denied payment happened because of the bank’s auto fraud prevention system.
For every order you place, you will receive an order confirmation email from us.
The common reasons why you don’t receive the email are:
The email address was incorrect
The inbox is full
The email went to spam.
If you need help to correct or resend the order confirmation email, please email us at info@loonak.com and give us your name, email address, and/or some hints so we can look up your order.
Yes, you can cancel any order if we haven’t shipped the items out yet. We usually ship out the package the following day, so please inform us as soon as you can.

We’ll ship almost anything on our site to anywhere in the United States
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico is not free and has the shipping charge.
Shipping to Europe is not free and has the shipping charge.
SHIPPING
4-7 Days USPS FIRST CLASS
USPS shipments are processed first every day (except national or post office holidays) and will be shipped out before anything else. At the very least, they will be shipped out the next day.
Delivery with USPS will take 4-7 days.
All items are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Santa Monica, California.

If you added a wrong a shipping address or need to change the address,

The address can be changed/corrected if we haven’t shipped the items out yet. We mostly ship the items out the following day, so please inform us as soon as you can.
The shipping from California takes 4-7 days with USPS First Class. Shipping internally could occasionally be delayed due to reason beyond our control like weather or pandemic.

We have a dedicated shipping staff who would gladly assist you with the issue.
Still haven’t received your order even though your order status says “delivered”? Try checking with your neighbors first to make sure the package didn’t get delivered to their house instead. Sometimes, mail carriers leave packages at nearby doors by mistake (oops!).
If you don’t have any luck there and you still haven’t received your package after 48 hours of it being marked as “delivered”, just contact us at info@loonak.com and send us your name, order# (e.g. #SP123456), the email used to place your order. We’ll open a special investigation with USPS and get back to you ASAP with more details on your package status.

We manually inspect all items carefully before we ship them to our customers. Unfortunately, errors do occur.

and we’ll reship a replacement package to you ASAP.
Once your package is shipped out, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a tracking link.
It can take 1-2 days for the tracking info to be properly updated.
